Two named patterns built on the same idea — a KNIGHT sealing the escape squares while a rook delivers on the edge:

• ARABIAN MATE: knight on f6 (or its mirror), rook mating in the adjacent corner — the knight both covers the flight square AND protects the rook.

• ANASTASIA'S MATE: knight on e7 covering g6 and g8, king trapped against its own pawn, rook down the h-file.
